At Crusader we have been a provider of touring caravan insurance and motorhome insurance for many years, offering a friendly service with knowledgeable staff and award-winning policies. By dealing directly with our Underwriters, we remove the costs normally associated with brokers so are able to maintain competitive premiums which we pass on to our customers.

Crusader touring caravan insurance policies are underwritten by Groupama Insurance Company Limited, part of Groupama Insurances, one of the UK's leading general insurance groups. Its parent company, Groupama, is the world's third largest property and casualty mutual and one of the strongest financial groups in Europe, in addition to being the number one healthcare insurer in France. With annual revenues of around €13 billion and assets under management of close to €50 billion, Groupama conducts business in many countries around the world. Groupama Insurance Company Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Crusader motorhome insurance policies are underwritten by Equity Red Star, the UK’s 5th largest motor insurer.

Call Centre

Unlike many call centres; Crusader Leisure Vehicle Insurance are UK based. The contact centre is staffed by fully trained and experienced operators experts in the fields of touring caravan insurance and motorhome insurance.

We are members of the Institute of Customer Service - an independent, professional membership body for customer service.

The contact centre is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 12.00pm Saturday.
